1/4" Hydraulic Control Line
Operational Principle
Upon reaching the preset pressure, the Subsurface Safety Valve (SSSV) and the bleed valve of the Thru-Wireline Packer open simultaneously, enabling the well to commence normal production. Simultaneously, gas separated by the Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) is vented through the bleed valve into the annulus.
In the event of a blowout or during a normal shutdown, pressure within the control line is released. This action causes the SSSV and the packer's bleed valve to close simultaneously, sealing off all flow paths in the tubing and annulus, thereby ensuring well integrity and safety.
Applications
SSSV Control: The 1/4" hydraulic control line can be utilized exclusively for subsurface safety valve actuation.
Surface Control: Suitable for pressure control of Surface Safety Valves (SSV) and other surface valves.
System Connections: Serves as connection lines for control systems in large-scale drilling and production equipment.

Description & Function
Commonly referred to as capillary tubing, this product is primarily designed for downhole pressure monitoring.
The system operates by deploying a temperature and pressure sensor (also known as a permanent downhole gauge, typically a nitrogen-charged device) to the reservoir depth alongside the production string. The 1/8" hydraulic control line connects the downhole sensor to a surface monitor.
This configuration transmits downhole temperature and pressure data to the surface, allowing instantaneous readings to be displayed on the monitor screen, thus achieving real-time reservoir monitoring.
